The Fall 2017 semester is quickly coming to a close at the online school and there are some important updates in this month's newsletter. Please read the materials below, get your family prepared, and join us for the coming events.
It is now time to sign up for your Oaks Christian Online final exam. Please visit https://www.oakschristianonline.org/finals to secure your time. Please secure/confirm your final registration ASAP.Please be sure to complete the registration process for each of your courses. Example, if you are taking two classes you will need to complete the form twice. By signing up for a final you are acknowledging the following information.
As a reminder, ALL coursework must be completed in your course before you take the final. No assignments will be accepted after the final has been started. If you are behind, make sure you are getting caught up now!
The grace period on your last few modules is reduced or non-existent because assignments cannot be accepted past the last day of class. Make sure you are not relying on the grace period for full credit.
You can choose to take your final in person by signing up for a session in the Oaks Christian Online Computer Lab, or you can choose to take your final remotely using ProctorU. It is recommended that students who are local select an in-person lab time. This can save you money, and help reduce the headache of technical difficulties. It is the student's sole responsibility that their final exam is completed on time and without delays from technical difficulties or other issues, no exceptions or extensions will be granted. Final Exams must be finished before December 20th at 3pm (PST)
As a reminder, not all courses will have a final exam. If you need to confirm that your class has a final exam, please contact your teacher. No exceptions or extensions will be granted so it is critical that students are proactive in eliminating technical difficulties and completing their finals on time.
